Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive revenue growth and deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

The selected candidate will serve as a technical lead on accounts, partnering with sales teams to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.

  • Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, professional services, customer success managers, marketing, product, and other critical team members.
  • Develop deep technology insights through discovery sessions with executive-level stakeholders across various industries.
  • Inform sales account planning with strategic technical advice to influence overall customer strategy and execution approach.
  • Analyze customer challenges and opportunities, using value messaging assets to inform proposed IAM solution designs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of recommendations via product expertise, custom product demonstrations, technical discussions, whiteboarding, workshops, RFP/RFI responses, product roadmap sessions, and business process diagrams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a pre-sales role selling SaaS solutions and concepts.
  • A BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in delivering software demonstrations, presentations, and workshops both in-person and virtually.
  • Experience with technical business documentation, such as solution designs, workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs, and RFIs.
  • A proven track record of working with employees at all levels of an organization, particularly C-suite executives.
  • Demonstrated experience and success selling to customers across regulated industries, including Public Sector, Financial Services, Healthcare, etc.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-class software systems, such as ERP, CRM, and ECM systems, including SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Salesforce, etc.
  • Familiarity with system integration methods, such as web services, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Patterns, and software development methodologies.
  • Ability to articulate the value of AI in context of technology solutions, focusing on defining ROI.
  • Familiarity with concepts related to Agreement creation, commitment, and management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

This is a hybrid role requiring travel of 20% or more as needed.
