About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to scale up revenue potential of agencies.
  2. Create programs to empower agencies to professionalize and increase their revenue.
  3. Analyze performance metrics and agency segmentation, activeness, retention, and churn to grow the broadcaster base.
  4. Design and implement campaigns for recruiting new and established broadcasters and agencies.
  5. Built live showcases with successful agencies and facilitate knowledge sharing.
