Nutanix is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our growing team in Sydney as a Commercial Account Manager. This role offers the opportunity to sell cutting-edge products and solutions, collaborate with top-performing sales engineers and support teams, and work closely with channel partners to solve complex business challenges for our customers.

The Commercial sales team at Nutanix is driven and passionate about disrupting the current state of the data center within Commercial accounts. Your Role

As a Commercial Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Breaking into new accounts and expanding our customer base
  2. Using a consultative sales approach to understand prospects' business issues
  3. Creating custom sales proposals
  4. Exceeding sales performance goals
  5. Collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams
  6. Managing relationships with partners to drive growth
  7. Providing regular updates on sales forecast and pipeline
  8. Effectively communicating with senior managers about business challenges and solutions

What You Will Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to thrive in collaborative environments. Strong customer acquisition and relationship-building skills are essential, as is a deep understanding of technology products and solutions. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is also required, along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

About Your Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a base salary, you will also be eligible for bonuses and other benefits based on individual and team performance. We believe in a flexible work environment, allowing you to work in the office 2-3 days a week and remotely for the rest of the time. This hybrid model allows for a good balance between in-person collaboration and focus work.
