Your Role
This role supports IAG's strategy to embed a strong risk aware culture and manage organisational conduct and customer risk (OCCR). The main objective is to support the enhancement of the way IAG identifies, assesses, and manages risk outcomes through our employee, products, processes, and services by designing, implementing, and maintaining a Group-wide Risk Culture and Conduct Risk Frameworks. We deliver effective monitoring, oversight, and governance to ensure that this critical risk class is managed effectively.
This is a permanent role based in Sydney or Melbourne.
About You
- Relevant risk management experience in financial services
- Demonstrated excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and implement practically
- Outcomes-focused and results-driven with proven success in delivering key programs of work
- Ability to reset expectations and respond swiftly to changes
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions to reach a common approach
- Relevant industry experience and professional memberships
- A growth mindset supported by an ability to view things differently
