Job Summary
  • Deliver first-line risk support across technology and operations in line with established risk frameworks, including:
    • Risk profiling and assessments to inform strategic decisions
    • Managing control issues and risk events to minimize business disruption
    • Overseeing third-party risk governance to ensure compliance
    • Enhancing reporting and oversight of critical systems for better visibility
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels on technology risk management matters
  • Contribute to the delivery of a robust risk culture plan that fosters a collaborative environment
  • Support the identification, assessment, and automation of technology controls using AI and other tools
  • Enable teams to independently apply risk frameworks through intuitive tools and resources
  • Leverage data to deliver forward-looking technology risk insights and inform decision-making
  • Act as a risk expert on projects, initiatives, remediation, and continuous improvement activities
  • Collaborate with internal experts to support technology assessments and assurance
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to future growth planning and support enterprise programs that drive business value
About You
  • You have a solid foundation, minimum 5 years, in technology and/or technology risk, with the ability to apply your knowledge to complex environments and evolving risk landscapes.
  • You bring a proactive mindset and a friendly approach to your work, helping to foster a supportive team culture.
  • You're confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, building trust and influencing outcomes through clear communication and credibility.
  • You understand the importance of delivering value to customers, and you consistently put their needs at the heart of your work.
  • You take ownership of your responsibilities and are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes that make a real difference.
  • High level of personal drive and enthusiasm.
  • You bring passion and drive to your role, inspiring those around you and maintaining momentum even in challenging situations.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification and COBIT Foundation certification are highly desirable.
