Internal Risk Control Specialist
About the Role:This role is responsible for collaborating with various business teams to ensure effective risk management and control processes are in place. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Working closely with risk professionals to assess and assure key controls across the business are operating efficiently.
- Conducting regular risk reviews, sharing insights and learnings with relevant stakeholders through Archer.
- Overseeing the implementation of recommended risk remediation activity, supporting the business in addressing identified issues.
- Monitoring and reporting on risk activity progress and providing expert advice to team members.
- Proven experience managing risk across various domains, including technology, product, marketing, HR, and data.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk articulation and design, focusing on improving control efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to operate in highly regulated environments and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
