About the Role

This is a dynamic and varied role that supports and collaborates with the Marketing General Manager and a small team across marketing, digital marketing, and internal and external communication activities to promote Fyfe's comprehensive services in engineering, environment, planning, and survey.

The ideal candidate is a highly organised and digitally savvy professional who can own and execute activities with a high level of detail, and possesses exceptional writing skills and over four years of corporate or agency experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Creation of marketing content for social media, development of case studies, external newsletters, and other marketing assets.
  • Preparation and coordination of internal communication activities and materials, including newsletters.
  • Completing regular marketing metrics reports for the leadership and Board, with a lens to spot trends and insights.
  • Exposure to researching and developing marketing strategies and plans.
  • Contribution to SEO strategy.
  • Management of the company website and liaison with the website developer for complex requirements.
  • Provision of event and sponsorship assessment and support.
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Attention to detail and excellent writing skills.
  • Highly organised and a can-do attitude, with a strong desire to contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar level role.
  • Agency or professional services experience is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in Sharepoint, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Campaign Monitor.
