  • Proven ability to deliver results in a driven highly measured environment with an understanding of KPIs having a willingness to coach and develop team members in this area.
  • Confidence to oversee store operations alongside in the absence of a Store Manager.
  • A customer centric focus with the ability to maintain multiple client relationships in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach in building clientele and brand awareness capturing every opportunity to create new business for the store.
