The Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Create project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Identify potential risks to program success and develop mitigation plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Content, L&D, Business Systems, Legal, Compliance, and Operations
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in program management or similar role
  • Experience documenting business and technical requirements
  • Ability to lead, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams indirectly
