The MQ-4C Triton aircraft can fly for over 24 hours at a time, reaching altitudes above 55,000 feet and an operational range of 8,200 nautical miles. As part of a cooperative program with the US Navy, Royal Australian Air Force, and Northrop Grumman, we offer a unique opportunity for you to be part of this innovative project.
About the RoleThis Senior Mission Systems Engineer position requires identifying and managing integration risks for the Triton network, collaborating closely with customers to mitigate safety and capability impacts.
- Manage Triton Network integration risks through close customer engagement.
- Cultivate technical knowledge of Triton network systems by working with US counterparts to grow expertise.
- Evaluate and assess Triton mission system changes.
- Deliver assigned outcomes from the Triton Interim Support Contract and relevant statements of work.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in IT or Engineering.
- Experience with multiple stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
- Possession of a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent level of Cisco Certification.
- Experience with the network development life cycle process, routing and switching systems, defence systems, Network information and event management systems, simulations, load tests, programming languages, and more.
