Role Overview

This role will provide critical financial support to the management accounting function, enabling informed business decisions and effective management of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare regular financial performance monitoring and variance reporting for AU & NZ logistics.
  • Ensure freight charge accuracy and maintain rate cards.
  • Assist in preparing business cases and logistic cost impacts.
  • Support ERP system changes and logistics invoice processing.
  • Provide training on invoice processing for interns.
  • Assist in annual financial forecasts and budget preparation for AU & NZ logistics.
  • Collaborate across departments to prepare and review proposals.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in business/commerce with a major in accounting.
  • CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification.
  • 1+ year(s) practical experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong customer focus and team orientation.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
