About the Role

Sanitarium is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering financial information and advice to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business analysis and planning.
  • Provide financial analysis and advice to support business growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce with a major in Accounting.
  • CPA or CA professional status or studying towards it.
  • 5 years' of work experience in a similar role.
  • Manufacturing and/or FMCG experience.
  • Strong business analysis skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong cross-functional working experience.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to function effectively as part of a team and work independently.
