The Role

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service on the shop floor, fitting room, and/or cashier desk, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Visual Merchandising: Monitor daily product replenishment, maintain high image standards, and analyze sales rankings to promote the correct merchandise.
  • Commercial Floor Changes: Create, propose, and execute commercial floor changes based on sales analysis and current trends.
  • Team Support: Support other store functions as required, ensuring seamless operations.

About You

  • Experience: 1 or more years of Visual Merchandising experience in the retail industry or a Visual Merchandising qualification.
  • Fashion Knowledge: Appreciation for fashion and product, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Positive can-do attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Availability: Availability to work 38 hours per week, with a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays and weekends.
