About the Role

Lorna Jane is seeking an experienced and senior creative to join our team as a State Visual Merchandising Manager.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for inspiring new and existing customers to engage with our brand and purchase product by creating relevant customer experiences through the effective execution of visual merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute National VM Strategy: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies across a 33-store portfolio to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Analyse Data and Create Commercial VM Strategies: Analyse sales data and customer insights to create commercial visual merchandising strategies that promote high foot traffic and drive sales.
  • Ensure Successful Execution of New Collection Launches: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of new collection launches, promoting strong sell-through in line with business benchmarks.
  • Drive Concept Evolvement: Align stores with current brand focuses and initiatives, driving concept evolvement and ensuring consistency across the portfolio.
  • Manage Store Openings, Refits, Relocations, and Closures: Oversee all store openings, refits, relocations, and closures within the state, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Support Events and Customer Experience: Collaborate with sales leaders to develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and customer experience during events held within the state.
  • Train and Develop Retail Teams: Consistently focus on training and developing retail teams to ensure a thorough understanding of visual merchandising principles, company standards, and consistency.
About You
  • Previous Experience in Multi-Site VM: Proven experience as a multi-site visual merchandiser within the fashion industry, with a strong ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strong Organisational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Pride yourself on resilience, agility, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, solving problems and making effective business decisions.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and with intention, both verbally and in writing.
  • Full Driver's License and Reliable Car: Possess a full driver's license and a reliable car, with a willingness to travel within the state as required.
