Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and executing visual merchandising requirements for the store, working closely with the Store Manager and Visual Merchandising team.
  • Support the Store Manager in training and developing the team in visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain guidelines and directives from the Visual Merchandising team.
  • Deliver a weekly brief to the Flagship store on visual merchandising topics, including window displays and store maintenance.
  • Train new staff members on visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Assist the Visual Merchandising team in window installation and maintenance.
  • Assist in setting up seasonal window displays for Sydney stores.
  • Maintain the show window of the Flagship store, including lighting, mannequins, and store finishes.
  • Assist the Visual Merchandising team in setting up in-store events.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar visual merchandising role.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments with agility to meet business needs.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude.
  • High attention to detail and a strong, professional work ethic.
  • Proficiency in using technology and learning about updated technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
