Customer Service Role Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals to fill our Customer Care Representative position in Adelaide.

  • This involves engaging with clients across Australia and New Zealand, supporting clinic operations, and delivering exceptional customer service with every interaction.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound calls with empathy and professionalism, booking and managing clinic appointments using our CRM system, and following up on leads generated from direct marketing.

Key responsibilities also include accurately updating client records, ensuring all information is documented, meeting and exceeding contact centre KPIs (calls per hour, bookings, quality scores).

Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, strong experience working in fast-paced environments, and high proficiency with CRM platforms.

A strong organisational skillset and attention to detail are also essential, as is being motivated by performance metrics and taking pride in achieving individual and team goals.
