You will also support the Manager in managing team performance, productivity, training, and development to build a high-performing team that exceeds expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving a customer-centric culture by creating a warm and meaningful in-store experience
- Assisting in driving sales, profit, and productivity through the achievement of all key performance indicators
- Supporting the Manager by ensuring the team has an understanding of all business objectives and commercial acumen
- Inspiring and empowering your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development
Required skills and qualifications include:
- A passion for the retail industry and exceptional service skills
- Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
- Experience with stock control and visual merchandising
- Strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
