Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a Customer Service Advocate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and making outbound calls to promote products and services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality customer service and taking ownership of customer satisfaction.
  • Making proactive outbound calls to existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Demonstrating experience in customer service, including active listening skills, empathy, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Scheduling appointments for residential customers with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Converting incoming enquiries into sales opportunities using interpersonal skills and effective communication.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, meet KPI's, and achieve sales targets while working independently and as part of a team.
  • Documenting all relevant information on CRM systems to provide clear instruction for field technicians.
  • Maintaining databases by ensuring customer records and details are up-to-date.

  • Ability to work calmly under pressure while multitasking.
