Role Overview:

The position requires close collaboration with our Development and Sales Teams, performing application testing, and providing essential technical support as the primary point of contact for customers through both remote and on-site interactions. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are crucial for preparing training schedules, documentation, and ensuring effective user support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering ERP functionalities, including property management, compliance, licensing, and customer engagement solutions to Local Government clients.
  • Collaborating with ERP project teams to ensure comprehensive solution delivery.
  • Engaging with Development teams on consulting projects, including system upgrades and minor enhancements.
  • Providing onsite and remote user testing support and training.
  • Maintaining thorough documentation, such as release notes and user guides.
  • Conducting quality assurance and testing of applications.

Required Experience:

  • Experience with local government systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with property and rating systems or local government compliance and licensing software is preferred.
  • Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients while maintaining integrity.
  • Understanding of the Government Sector is beneficial but not essential.
  • A proven track record as an Implementation Consultant is required.
