Role Overview:

The position requires close collaboration with our Development and Sales Teams, conducting application evaluations, and providing essential technical support as the primary point of contact for clients, both through remote assistance and in-person visits. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are crucial for preparing training schedules, documentation, and ensuring effective user-centric support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering ERP functionalities, including property management, compliance, licensing, and customer engagement solutions to Local Government clients.
  • Collaborating with ERP project teams to ensure comprehensive solution delivery.
  • Engaging with Development on consulting projects, including system upgrades and minor product enhancements.
  • Providing onsite and remote user testing support and training.
  • Maintaining thorough documentation, such as release notes and user guides.
  • Conducting quality assurance and testing of applications.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in local government systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Preferred background in utilizing or implementing property management and local government compliance software.
  • Ability to cultivate trusted advisor relationships with clients while maintaining integrity.
  • Understanding of the Government Sector is beneficial but not essential.
  • A proven track record as an Implementation Consultant is required.
