About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. As a Pre-sales Salesforce Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing technical expertise and guidance during the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our sales team to provide technical support and expertise during the sales process.
  • Utilize your knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its various features and functionalities to understand customer requirements and map them to appropriate Salesforce solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and conduct proof of concepts to showcase the value of Salesforce solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments and best practices to provide expert guidance and support.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its various features and functionalities.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and map them to appropriate Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience in delivering product demonstrations and conducting proof of concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, are a plus.
