As a Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through demand forecasting and inventory analysis. Your primary goal will be to ensure that forecasts are accurate and reflect the latest market trends.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain forecasts, as well as lead inventory optimization initiatives to minimize costs and maximize customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining statistical models to drive forecasting accuracy
  • Collaborating with commercial teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Leading inventory optimization initiatives to reduce costs and improve service levels
  • Communicating forecast results and recommendations to internal stakeholders
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in demand planning or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to build complex models
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
