Job Opportunity: Mental Health Leadership

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational direction for our Statewide Services and partnerships, driving excellence in mental health service provision.
  • Support and empower our team members to excel in their roles, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze data, preparing actionable reports and business metrics to inform our strategic decisions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within and external to our organization, promoting mutual understanding and cooperation.

About You

  • You possess excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of guiding teams towards shared goals.
  • Experience in providing line management supervision and supporting workforce development is essential.
  • Formal qualifications in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing or Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Clinical Psychology are highly desirable.
  • You demonstrate expertise in contemporary mental health and wellbeing service provision, with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
