Mentor Coordinator Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Mentor Coordinator to lead our team of educators and support nearby services in delivering high-quality programs for children.

  • Oversee Before and After School Care at one of our flagship programs, ensuring seamless operations and excellent outcomes.
  • Mentor Coordinators and teams across a small group of nearby services, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Train and guide others in areas such as programming, administration, behavior support, and team leadership, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about rosters, compliance, enrolments, and planning, making data-driven decisions to drive growth and development.
  • Promote innovation by launching new clubs, trialling fresh ideas, or refining systems that simplify life for our teams, ensuring we remain competitive and effective.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience as a Coordinator and is well-versed in OSHC principles and best practices.
  • Cares deeply about helping others succeed and wants to grow as a leader, driving positive change within our organization.
  • Is confident, clear, and composed under pressure, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is highly organized, with a knack for thinking critically and strategically.
