**Athletics Program Leader Opportunity**

The success of our athletics program depends on the coordination and leadership of a skilled professional.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive athletics strategy
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Sport and Teacher in Charge of Athletics to achieve shared goals
  • Recruit, train, and coordinate experienced coaches and officials to support athlete development
  • Coordinate high-quality competitions and events that showcase student talent
  • Evaluate and ensure the highest standards of athlete welfare and safety

**Essential Qualifications and Experience:**

  • Proven coaching and/or competition experience at an elite level
  • Relevant coaching accreditation and certifications
  • Valid work authorization for Australia
  • Current first aid and CPR certification
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance
  • Previous experience working with children and adolescents in a sports environment
