Job Title: Senior Mental Health Services Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Services Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our mental health services.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational management of our statewide services, ensuring that we deliver high-quality, innovative, and evidence-based care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Daily operational management of programs including HOPs, Family Violence, FaPMi, and Forensic
  • Maintain data recording and monitoring to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Lead and sustain system change and deliver negotiated outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Formal qualifications in Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Psychology
  • Relevant clinical experience in community mental health settings
  • Leadership and operational management skills in a complex health environment
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
