Job Title

As a skilled technical expert, you will provide on-site hardware and software support to customers.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, installing and configuring new systems, and maintaining existing infrastructure.

Requirements
  • At least 18 months of experience in IT with equivalent skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in operating systems, apps, and hardware installation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with mobile devices, networking, and software deployment using SCCM or other technologies.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with hardware installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Knowledge of ticket logging tools and the ticket handling process.
  • Understanding of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts.
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Skilled in desk-side support, PC break/fix, and basic administration of Windows OS.
  • Experience with anti-spyware and antivirus software.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
  • Smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware.
