Join Our Team as an Area Manager

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional Children Services? Do you have a knack for inspiring young people and driving learning and growth? We're looking for an experienced leader to head up our ELC services, supporting our team in their vital work.

This is a full-time role with no weekends required, offering flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to make a real difference in your community.

We require a degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent), along with at least three years of team leadership experience and a proven ability to travel across services. If you thrive under pressure and have excellent budget preparation skills, this could be the perfect role for you. Additionally, you will need to hold valuable knowledge about state & federal regulatory requirements in children services and have previous financial management experience. Furthermore, obtaining a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card are also essential.

In this role, you'll collaborate with our ELC Directors to drive quality, compliance, and performance objectives forward. You'll have the chance to reflect on your experiences and adapt your leadership style to meet the unique challenges that arise.

  • Oversee a portion of our ELC business and help drive growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with ELC Directors to meet quality and compliance objectives
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance service delivery
  • Support the development of a high-performing team and promote a culture of excellence
