About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven State Manager to lead our NSW Branch in Macquarie Park. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing internal processes, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Branch to achieve sales budget and KPIs
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive new and existing account growth
  • Manage the engagement, retention, and performance of employees within the team
  • Collaborate with other Branch Managers to drive additional business in traditional office product vertical
  • Develop relationships with large accounts and manage costs
  • Lead complex tender submissions and implement a High Performance Culture strategy
Requirements
  • Strong leadership, business acumen, and a sense of urgency
  • Extensive experience in sales and a proven track record of overachieving budgets
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and network with corporate and government communities
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to monitor performance against deadlines and milestones
  • Valid working rights for Australia and a valid driving license
