Job Title: Executive Manager- Learning

The primary objective of this leadership position is to provide strategic guidance, expertise, and support to the Director Engagement - Wellbeing & Learning on key initiatives related to curriculum development, pedagogy, assessment, and reporting.

This role requires a high level of collaboration with senior leaders to drive professional development, foster inclusive education practices, and ensure alignment with national and diocesan priorities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing key projects, ensuring funding compliance, and making data-informed decisions to improve student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support to the Director Engagement - Wellbeing & Learning on strategy, policy, innovation, and research.
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and reporting across schools.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive professional development, support inclusive education practices, and ensure alignment with national and diocesan priorities.
  • Oversee key projects, ensure funding compliance, and make data-informed decisions to improve student outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of degree qualifications in education, with post-graduate qualification in education leadership, curriculum, or a similar relevant field preferred.
  • Possession of current registration as a Teacher with the Queensland College of Teachers.
  • Possession of a current/valid Queensland Driver's Licence and eligibility to work within Australia for the period of this appointment.
  • A strong demonstrated commitment to the objectives, vision, and ethos of Catholic Education.
  • Promote child safety at all times.
