About The Role

This is a high impact role, building on wonderful foundations as CEDC is poised for the "next chapter". This role:

  • Strengthens school capacity to provide a quality Catholic education by leading the School Improvement.
  • Supports the professional and spiritual needs of school Principals through mentoring, leadership, encouragement and supervision.
  • As a member of the Executive Leadership Team works with Catholic Education Services personnel to build the capacity of schools to develop innovative approaches to engaging students in learning that prepares them for a fulfilled life.

Work Requirements
  • Be a committed, practicing Catholic
  • Demonstrated leadership and governance experience in Catholic education
  • Tertiary qualifications in Education and a Master's degree such as post-graduate qualifications in education or related discipline, together with a record of continuing professional development
  • Unless an exemption applies all staff are required to hold a current Working With Children Blue Card or be eligible to apply or be registered or eligible to register with Queensland College of Teachers
