Executive Manager, Learning and Teaching

This is a key leadership role that provides expertise, advice, support and reports to the Director on strategy, policy, innovation, and research.

The successful candidate will lead strategic initiatives to enhance curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and reporting across our schools. You'll collaborate with senior leaders to drive professional development, support inclusive education practices, and ensure alignment with national priorities.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Possession of degree qualifications in education, with post-graduate qualification in education leadership or a similar relevant field preferred.
  • Possession of current registration as a Teacher with the relevant authority.
  • Possession of a current/valid Driver's Licence and eligibility to work within Australia for the period of this appointment.
  • A strong demonstrated commitment to the objectives, vision, and ethos of Catholic Education.
  • Promote child safety at all times.

You'll have a demonstrated track record of success in senior learning and teaching role at an organisational level with responsibilities across schools or similar skills and experience in a similar role. A strong ability to lead, energise, empower teams, and positively influence individuals and the group to commit to a course of action is essential.
