About the Executive Manager, Learning and Teaching Role

This leadership position provides expertise, advice, support, and reporting to drive strategy, policy, innovation, and research. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to enhance curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and reporting across our schools.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior leaders to drive professional development, supporting inclusive education practices, and ensuring alignment with national and diocesan priorities. The role also involves overseeing key projects, funding compliance, and data-informed decision-making to improve student outcomes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possession of degree qualifications in education, preferably with a post-graduate qualification in education leadership, curriculum, or a similar relevant field.
  • Possession of current registration as a Teacher with the Queensland College of Teachers.
  • A strong demonstrated commitment to the objectives, vision, and ethos of Catholic Education.
