Leadership Role: Executive Manager, Learning and Teaching

This senior leadership position plays a pivotal role in enhancing curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and reporting across schools. The successful candidate will provide expertise, advice, support, and reports to the Director on strategy, policy, innovation, and research.

The role drives professional development, supports inclusive education practices, and ensures alignment with national and diocesan priorities. Key responsibilities include overseeing projects, funding compliance, and data-informed decision-making to improve student outcomes.

  • Possession of degree qualifications in education, preferably with post-graduate qualification in education leadership, curriculum, or a similar relevant field.
  • Possession of current registration as a Teacher with the Queensland College of Teachers.
  • Possession of a valid Queensland Driver's Licence and eligibility to work within Australia for the period of this appointment.
  • A strong demonstrated commitment to the objectives, vision, and ethos of Catholic Education.
