Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with disabilities in creating personalized, goal-oriented plans that align with their strengths and aspirations.

  • Provide comprehensive information and support to individuals and families to access mainstream services and engage with the community.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships within the community to connect participants with a variety of service providers.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A sincere commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities.
  • Relevant qualifications in disability services, allied health, or community services, or substantial personal experience with disability.
  • Proven track record of achieving key performance indicators and targets.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members, both in-person and remotely.
  • Proficiency in technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A client-centered approach to maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary due to the community engagement aspect of the role.
  • Commitment to embodying the values of Feros Care and the NDIA Participant Engagement Principles.
