About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Unisys. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients, focusing on Microsoft Teams and Voice Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply multiple theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies in consulting assignments to identify and solve complex business problems using industry-standard best practices.
  • Document business processes and identify opportunities to improve those processes.
  • Define business requirements and evaluate the functionality, costs, and benefits of potential business solutions.
  • Design end-to-end business solutions and business cases to justify the implementation of those solutions for small projects.
  • Support the creation of artifacts including business process models, business requirements documents, test plans, implementation plans, and user documentation.
  • Develop and implement business solutions that meet a client's business strategy and requirements, improving business processes and functions.
  • Build project plans and lead 2-3 consultants in the delivery of small projects of low complexity, ensuring quality and project profitability.
  • Identify additional Unisys products and services that may benefit the client's organization, participating in business development, proposal development, client presentations, marketing, and thought leadership.
  • Participate in training to improve consulting, communication, business advisory, industry-specific skills, and career development, enabling advancement to the Consulting Manager role.
Requirements
  • Deep expertise and knowledge in Microsoft Teams, Voice, Collab, and Teams Room Systems.
  • Proficiency in one or more Microsoft 365 workloads, such as Microsoft Entra ID, Messaging, SharePoint.
  • Experience in Teams voice Transformation projects, including design workshops, High-Level and Low-Level design documents, Site Migration Planning, and user migration from legacy telephony environments to Teams Voice with Direct Routing and Operator Connect.
  • Telephony concepts, such as signaling, codecs, dial plans, phone number manipulation, call routing, and legacy IP/TDM telephony.
  • Experience in configuring Teams certified Voice Gateways, SBCs, and Analogue Devices, Teams Phones, and peripherals.
  • PowerShell scripting skills.
  • Experience in three or more of the following: Collaboration, Security, and Governance, Zoom Meetings, Zoom Phone, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate, Standards-based Video Conferencing, interoperability, and supporting infrastructure, Adoption and change management.
  • Ten+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Unified Communications.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
  • Experience working with global multi-national enterprises.
