Job Title: Senior Consultant

Fujitsu is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our ServiceNow Practice. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow design and development.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in technology and business solutions, driving digital transformation and innovation for our clients. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in client workshops, requirement gathering, and providing solutions
  • Preparing and assisting with functional and technical design workshops, including design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality/customer requirements
  • Contributing to and supporting process improvement automation, including solutions pros/cons and risk management
  • Implementation and delivery of client solutions, adhering to ServiceNow technical best practices and standards
  • Performing as an individual contributor on client engagements or as part of the team, supporting implementation and taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams, and guiding junior professionals
  • Hands-on technical delivery (including development, testing, and implementation) of cost-effective ServiceNow solutions using several technical skills such as HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, Integrations (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc)
  • Ensuring technical deliverables to customers are complete, consistent, high quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 4+ year's experience across ServiceNow Design and Development within a client-facing role environment
  • Hands-on experience beyond ITSM into ITOM, Project Portfolio Management, HR Management, Field Service Management
  • ServiceNow Mastery and Client Engagement
  • Present with strong business acumen, problem-solving, analytical, and customer presentation skills
  • Solid experience across - requirements gathering, process documentation, solution designs, and detailed requirements
  • Proven experience in defining and deploying 'to be' Continual Service Improvement processes and in identifying solutions from a people, process, and technology perspective
  • Understanding of, and ability to adapt to, both waterfall and Agile project methodologies · Proficiency in scripting including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular, and REST API integration experience
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science
  • ServiceNow CSA, CIS, ITSM + 1 other product CIS
  • ServiceNow sales & presales accreditation in 2+ Product lines
  • ITIL Foundation Certified
  • Baseline / NV1 or NV2 security clearance
