The successful candidate will be involved in every stage of product development, from conception to delivery. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing compelling narratives that showcase the value of products
  • Ensuring a consistent and delightful user experience across our Bank Operating System
  • Owning the interaction and experience of specific products within our ecosystem
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize research opportunities
  • Conducting user tests to identify areas for improvement

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field
  • Proven experience with design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator
  • A track record of designing and shipping delightful user experiences
  • Experience designing for multiple device types
