We are seeking a skilled and experienced skipper to join our team at SeaLink Whitsundays. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional marine tours in the stunning Whitsundays.
Key Responsibilities- Operate our award-winning marine tours, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety for our guests.
- Lead a small team, providing effective communication, motivation, and a one-team focus.
- Work effectively and efficiently under pressure, adapting to changing circumstances as needed.
- Maintain and repair our vessels, ensuring they are in top condition for each tour.
- Collaborate with our team to provide an unforgettable experience for our guests.
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual with a strong background in marine operations. If you have a safe approach to vessel operations, a flexible and adaptable attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we want to hear from you.
Key qualifications include:
- Current first aid, CPR, and O2 certification.
- Experience in marine operations, with a focus on safety and environmental preservation.
- Ability to lead a small team and work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
