About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced skipper to join our team at SeaLink Whitsundays. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for our guests while ensuring the safety and quality of our marine tours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate our award-winning marine tours in the stunning Whitsundays
  • Lead a small team with effective communication, motivation, and a one-team focus
  • Ensure quality and safety are paramount to the experience
  • Work effectively and efficiently under pressure
  • Provide a flexible and adaptable approach to deliver the best tour experience possible
  • Maintain and operate marine vessels

About You

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual with local knowledge who can provide an exceptional experience for our guests. If you have a safe approach to vessel operations, a strong understanding of marine mechanicals, and the ability to work effectively in a team, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Current first aid, CPR, and O2 certificate
  • Ability to work across a 7-day operation
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
