About the Role
As a Master Skipper with Red Cat Adventures, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional marine tours in the stunning Whitsundays. Working across our fleet, you will ensure quality and safety are paramount, while providing an unforgettable experience for our guests.
About You
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused skipper with local knowledge to join our team. You will have:
- Current first aid, CPR, and O2 certification
- A safe approach to vessel operations and environmental preservation
- Ability to lead a small team with effective communication, motivation, and a one-team focus
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
- A flexible and adaptable approach to provide the best tour experience possible
- Understanding of maintenance and marine mechanicals
- Ability to work across a 7-day operation
