About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced skipper to join our team at SeaLink Whitsundays. As a Master Skipper, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional marine tours in the stunning Whitsundays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate our award-winning adventure marine tours, ensuring quality and safety are paramount.
  • Lead a small team, promoting effective communication, motivation, and a one-team focus.
  • Work effectively and efficiently under pressure, adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Maintain and operate our fleet, ensuring vessels are in good working order.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide an exceptional experience for all guests.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual with a safe approach to vessel operations and a commitment to preserving the environment. If you have:

  • Current first aid, CPR, and O2 certification.
  • Experience in marine operations and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
