Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate our award-winning marine tours, exploring the breathtaking Whitsundays
  • Lead a small team, promoting effective communication, motivation, and a one-team focus
  • Ensure quality and safety are paramount, while providing an unforgettable experience for our guests
  • Work effectively and efficiently under pressure, adapting to changing circumstances
  • Maintain and operate our fleet, with a focus on preserving the marine environment

About You

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual with a strong background in marine operations. If you have a safe approach to vessel operations, a flexible and adaptable attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Current first aid, CPR, and O2 certification
  • Safe approach to vessel operations and preservation of the marine environment
  • Ability to lead a small team and work effectively under pressure
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to provide the best tour experience possible
  • Understanding of maintenance and marine mechanicals
