Translational Brain Cancer Research Opportunities

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled PhD candidate to join our team in the development of innovative therapeutic strategies for brain cancer.

The successful candidate will contribute to the design, generation, and optimization of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) targeting Eph receptors. They will also be responsible for evaluating candidate ADCs using molecular and cell biology approaches, as well as undertaking in vivo preclinical testing in brain cancer models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to ADC design, generation, and optimization, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of researchers and clinicians.
  • Evaluate candidate ADCs using a range of molecular and cell biology techniques, including biochemical assays and cell culture experiments.
  • Undertake in vivo preclinical testing of ADCs in brain cancer models, analyzing and interpreting experimental data to inform the development of novel therapeutic strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to advance the development of ADCs for brain cancer treatment, identifying opportunities for collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Science, Pharmacology, or related field.
  • Strong laboratory skills in cell and molecular biology, including experience with biochemical assays and cell culture techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret experimental data, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in translational cancer research and novel therapeutic strategies, with a commitment to delivering high-quality research outcomes.
