Event Planning Specialist Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event planning and execution, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies to meet client objectives;
  2. Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements;
  3. Manage event timelines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective communication with stakeholders;
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional events that exceed client expectations;
  5. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure high-quality delivery and presentation;
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and suppliers;
  7. Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and cost containment;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in event planning and management;
  2. Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality, business, or related field;
  3. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  5. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends;
