Job Title: Event Planning Manager


Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Planning Manager to oversee the execution of group events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully coordinating complex events, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless execution.


Critical Responsibilities:
  1. Event Coordination: Develop and implement event plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor management.
  2. Logistics Management: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of event materials and services.
  3. Communication: Serve as primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders, providing clear and concise communication throughout the event planning process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in event planning, hospitality, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field, with certifications such as CMP or CMM desired.
