The Event Experience Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating an entertaining environment for our guests.
This role involves interacting with guests to create a fun and dynamic experience, assisting with venue load-in and seating issues, maintaining a safe working environment, and ensuring guests' needs are catered to.
Key Requirements- Exceptional communication skills to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
- Excellent grooming standards, reliability, and professionalism to set a positive example.
- Able to work within a team environment and confidently direct large crowds of people.
- Fully available on all evenings, including weekends, and reliable transport to shifts.
