Executive Director of Operations

Key Responsibilities:
The Executive Director of Operations provides high-level leadership and oversight of claims, administration, and corporate services. This ensures the needs of claimants are met and contributes to a sustainable compulsory third-party motor insurance scheme.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the claims and administration operations of the business
- Drive the delivery of excellent customer service
- Guide and develop relevant leadership team members and inspire staff
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A background in Insurance, Human Services or aligned industries
- An understanding of how MAIB functions
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or extensive senior management qualifications and experience

You will be an authentic, contemporary, and hands-on leader, client-centric with a genuine care for people. You will drive continuous improvement in processes and operations, leveraging your extensive operational experience and track record of delivering best practices in claims, administration, and corporate management.
