Position Overview

We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about physical activity, mentorship, and leadership. A strong commitment to the Ninja Parc community is essential. While comprehensive training, structure, and support will be provided, this position demands a significant level of autonomy and initiative.

Role Responsibilities

Initially, the duties of this position will be divided between local operations and national initiatives, transitioning to a fully national focus within an agreed timeframe.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Quality assurance - Customer satisfaction ratings
  • Ninja Parc Academy - Student enrollment targets
  • Ninja Parc Championship League - Participant registration
  • Team engagement - Staff involvement in training and development

Primary Duties:

  • Design and enhance programming for Ninja Parc Academy sessions
  • Create and implement effective training for all personnel
  • Collaborate with venues to optimize class schedules
  • Foster growth of Ninja Parc Academy across all locations
  • Drive participation and execution of the Ninja Parc Championship League
  • Support the setup of obstacle courses
  • Ensure quality delivery of Ninja Parc casual offerings
  • Facilitate communication and community engagement among Ninja coaches

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to provide high-quality coaching
  • Experience working with diverse age groups, including children, teens, and adults
  • Strong leadership skills
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Relevant coaching certification
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Willingness to travel as necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in gymnastics
  • Certification in obstacle/ninja training
  • Experience in parkour
  • Knowledge of calisthenics
  • Experience working with children
  • Customer service experience
  • Demonstrated success in achieving targets
  • Experience in mentoring team members
