Aftersales Business Development Representative

Penske Australia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aftersales Representative to join our team in Sydney and NSW. As a key member of our on-highway market sales and service team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling parts and service products and service options for Western Star, MAN, Dennis Eagle, and Detroit.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell parts and service products and service options for the Penske Australia on-highway market.
- Identify new opportunities for growth in parts and service sales, expanding business and customer relationships throughout the region.
- Create and maintain sound relationships with customers, dealers, and OEMs.
- Utilize lead and opportunity management under the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Work closely with the broader Penske Australia team to generate and promote ongoing business.
- Experience in a similar industry or role, with a track record of delivering new business growth.
- Relationship management experience with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to build industry contacts and network to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Previous experience using a CRM system is desirable.

- More than 20 sites across Australia and New Zealand.
